π The Opportunity
Agentero is a remote-first, Series Aβbacked startup building technology to modernize insurance distribution. One of our core initiatives, Producerflow (www.producerflow.com), is transforming how carriers manage producer onboarding and compliance for millions of users. With $25M+ raised from top investors including Foundation Capital (Uber, Netflix) and USV (Twitter, Coinbase). We're at an inflection point, and we're looking for builders to help us scale.
Youβll work closely with product and engineering to deliver end-to-end features, leveraging AI-assisted development to move faster and smarter.
π£ What You'll Do
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Maintain design consistency across the product and contribute to design system development.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI and UX/UI design.
π€ What We're Looking For (Must-haves)
Seniority: 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Framer. We use Figma at Agentero.
Basic knowledge of the web: forms, browsers, responsiveness, etc.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
Animation.
