👤 We are looking for:
We're in search of a skilled Sales Development Representative who will play a vital role in shaping Agentero's Growth Team. This role entails an entrepreneurial-minded person with high energy and a positive attitude, who is curious, resilient, and determined to make a difference.
📣 Being a Sales Development Representative at Agentero means:
Take ownership for building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for our account executives by prospect and qualifying business prospects.
Manage high volume of activities, including emails, calls and demos, with the ultimate goal to complete the application and onboarding process of agents to our platform.
Critically evaluate our sales process, offerings, and service to give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn't.
Collaborate closely with the rest of the growth team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost.
Experiment and iterate to create high-impact customer introductions explaining our services.
Meet monthly and quarterly quota.
đź› You would say you have:
1-2 years of Sales experience.
Process-oriented mindset, identifying recurring patterns and capitalizing on them.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency.
🌟 Bonus points if you have:
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus or tech startups.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Hubspot and automation solutions such as ConnectandSell.
