We're in search of a skilled Operations Analyst to support our Growth Team in optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and improving system integrations.

đź“Ł Being an Operations Analyst at Agentero means:
Process Optimization & Analysis
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows across the Growth team.
- Analyze data and process flows to provide insights and recommendations that improve efficiency.
- Optimize and refine sales and marketing processes, ensuring seamless execution and scalability.
- Ensure smooth system integrations between platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and other growth tools.
- Standardize sales processes to improve tracking, reporting, and pipeline performance.
- Build automation when necessary using Zapier and other no-code tools, focusing on streamlining repetitive tasks rather than just automating everything.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist in audience segmentation and list management to enhance targeted outreach.
- Support lead generation efforts by ensuring accurate data flow and tracking between Marketing and Sales.
- Provide insights on campaign performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to drive better decision-making.
- Monitor and refine marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and optimize engagement.
- Assist in managing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and higher conversion rates.
CRM, Data & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Salesforce, and other reporting tools to track performance across Growth teams.
- Generate reports to identify trends, measure KPIs, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, helping teams adjust and improve strategies.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining clean, well-structured records in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other systems.
- Develop lead scoring models and customer segmentation strategies for improved targeting and engagement.
- Manage data syncing across platforms, ensuring alignment and consistency across all systems.
đź› You would say you have:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Data Analytics.
- Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, and Looker.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and manage large datasets, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, extracting insights, and optimizing data workflows.
- Familiarity with database management and data structures, ensuring efficient handling of CRM and marketing data.
- Ability to automate workflows and build tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product).
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (you’ll work with international teams).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

- Experience in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Previous experience in a SaaS, fintech, or insurtech startup.
- Familiarity with additional BI tools or SQL for deeper data analysis.
- Experience leveraging AI to optimize operational workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance automation across Sales, Marketing, or Product teams.
