🚀 Join Our Team at Producerflow!

About Producerflow

Producerflow is Agentero's SaaS platform for insurance carriers and MGAs. We handle the full producer lifecycle - onboarding, compliance, licensing, appointments, and reporting - for clients including some of the largest insurance companies and Agencies in the US.

👤 What we are looking for:

We're hiring a Client Operations Analyst to join the Producerflow’s Business Operations team. You'll own the execution side of our client operations: running data imports, generating recurring reports, supporting day-to-day client requests, and keeping producer records clean and accurate across our platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on autonomy. You won't be handed a daily task list - you'll need to actively seek out work, identify what needs to be done across clients and systems, and drive it forward without waiting for instructions. You'll report to the Business Operations Team Lead and collaborate closely with engineering, account teams, and clients across the US.

📣 Being a Client Operations Analyst at Producerflow means:

  • Data imports & entry: Execute producer, agency, and appointment data imports into Producerflow; update NPNs, licenses, principal changes, and contact records; keep data consistent and reconciled across systems.

  • Reporting: Generate and deliver recurring client reports (daily, weekly, monthly); write SQL queries against our database; surface anomalies and flag them to the team.

  • Client support: Respond to client requests in Slack and HubSpot using established playbooks; triage issues and escalate complex cases to the team lead or engineering.

  • Issue triage: File bug reports in Linear with clear reproduction steps; follow up on ticket status and close the loop with clients.

  • Operational tasks: Support data migrations, UAT testing, and one-off data corrections; own the execution layer of client ops.

  • Documentation: Keep internal playbooks and SOPs up to date as processes evolve.

🛠 You would say you have:

  • US overlap hours availability (non-negotiable): Given our US-based clients, this role requires working hours of 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM CET, Monday to Friday, to stay closely connected with the organization and clients.

  • Highly self-directed and proactive (non-negotiable): You don't wait to be told what to do. You spot gaps, flag them, propose solutions, and keep your own pipeline of work moving. You're comfortable with ambiguity and actively seek out what needs to be done rather than waiting for assignments.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment: Priorities shift, scope changes, and you'll regularly pick up tasks outside your core role. You stay flexible, adapt quickly, and don't get thrown off when plans evolve.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Client support, Data analysis, or a similar analytical/ops role.

  • Technical background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar technical field.

  • Bilingual English + Spanish: Fluent in both written and spoken. Client communication is in English; internal collaboration is often in Spanish.

  • SQL fluency: Comfortable writing SELECT queries with JOINs, filters, and aggregations against production data. BigQuery experience is a plus.

  • AI-native workflow: You actively use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs in your daily work to draft communications, debug data, automate repetitive tasks, and move faster. You're excited to push this further and build your own workflows.

  • Data analysis skills: Strong in spreadsheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling); you can spot inconsistencies and reconcile discrepancies without hand-holding.

  • Attention to detail: You don't let small errors through. You double-check before shipping.

  • Clear written communication: You can send a concise, professional Slack or email message to a client with minimal review.

💎 Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience with HubSpot (CRM, inbox, workflows).

  • Experience with Zapier or similar no-code automation tools.

  • Experience with insurance operations, compliance, or producer licensing (NIPR, LOAs, appointments). Not necessarily required, we'll train you.

  • Familiarity with Linear, Slack, or other ops tooling.

  • Basic scripting (Python, shell) for small data transformations and automation.

💡What we offer:

  • Remote-first setup in Spain.

  • Real ownership and direct impact on client outcomes from day one.

  • Heavy investment in AI tooling: You'll work alongside Claude and similar tools as core parts of your daily workflow.

  • Clear growth path into senior operations, client-facing, or technical roles on the Producerflow team.
